Description: I hope the carnival is open, I enjoy the taste of cotton candy. The Ferris wheel looks like it was shutdown years ago because of the racers that took part in a race around this area. The concession stands are closed and the games have been removed from the carnival. I wonder if they are going to build a skate park here.
