Well IMO the vinyls are a bit messy, so IMO your Viper is the best car 
But this car is OK like you said in your description...

Cool... The colours are good, the body vynil has a stroke to help it blend, the tribal vynil looks cool. The race style's good.Bodywork's a bit funny though... A bit curvy for a boxy skyline, and the spoiler doesn't suit, sits too far forward.
