Nice Pres. It's creative. The execution isn't perfect, but you'll get it with time. It's just the platform angle that's a bit awkward (compared to the flames) and the edges look a bit rough. But, practice makes perfect. Good for an early pres.

I don't like the spoiler, but the bodykit looks good. The rims are nice, although maybe a bit too bright.
I like the way you have used the chains, but the bottom one looks a bit messy. A chain should also follow the back of the flag so it blends better too.

Overall, a good effort.
