I like the colours, especially the yellow stripes. I think this car needs some decals though, that would give it more a tuner/race look

Again, don't go introducing too many different colours, but the yellow stripe is a good concept, and the yellow and purple has a japanese tuner feel to it... maybe a yellow base and purple and silver vinyls would be better though. On the side, you can do much more... and try to do a layout that matched the stripe. Surved vinyls and stripes don't mix that well.
