Simple, but if it were a photograph, which realism preses are supposed to imitate... it lacks a bit of impact. Car should be the focal point of the picture, It doesn't grab my attention as much as some preses. Also, the blur looks shaker rather than streaked...[link]
It's overly blurred in the pres and a little hard to look at.
