T.J. lives near Portland International Raceway, where the most adrenaline-fueled racing there belongs on the drag strip. Almost every supercharged muscle car that believes they can pass him, doesn't. T.J. was also a role model for dragsters with low-end tuners in the west and was also responsible for such cars lining up on the quarter-mile. But his racing lifestyle changed the minute he heard about a car crash involving his mother. She survived what seemed like a fatal crash, but she believes that T.J. deserved better, so he was transported by boat at the Daikoku Futo (the Tokyo Dockyard) and driven to Nishi-ku by his cousin Benjamin (T.J. became part of Hiroshima Drift via Benjamin).
