Car: 2001 BMW M3 E46

From garage: 2nr's Racing paddock
Description: T, as in Turbocharged... Although T46 does sound like a unit that is made by Garrett (Though I am uncertain about them Having a T46 unit in their lineup).

I was doing this car for the CTC: PS shapes. I ended up being AWOL till past the deadline. I am actually glad how things went... Had an idea for a racing livery, and this is what popped out. Only Shapes vinyls were used. Ended up using 20 vinyl layers, and 20 decal layers. The area around the lower part of the door (where the red stripes bend) was actually tricky to acheive

Saw a youtube vid, very recently, and there is an E30 M3 that has a very similar livery. So I made a couple of adjustments to the decals layout, and made "Turbo" the major sponsor. I prefer to enter something that cannot be considered a replicar. I am glad I did not enter this into the recent PS CTC.

This is currently my fun day grip car. Finally Halfway through the Super Promotion Team sessions.. Just going to kick back for a bit and have fun - with this car - on the tracks that are already available.

Thanks FnF. I tried 15, but the larger curve was not the same as the smaller curve. Skewed and rotated the crap out of that one in an attempt to get it to work - and to free up some layers for other stuff. It did not give the uniform look that I wanted - which was acheived with overlaps of Shape 26

You've given it the racelook perfectly with a nice layout! i like the rimscolor a lot to. Nice one

Vinyls work perfect with the race theme. I actually do like the rims, and the colours are very good too IMO. Only thing: The spoiler doesn't really work I think.
Still a very good job
