Just one? For me it would be where they placed the text achievements during gameplay, I don't know what you call them. For example, when you take down a racer, a "Slam Takedown" text appears in the middle of the screen. They could have placed it at the bottom or somewhere less distracting....

For anyone trying to find all security gates, there's indeed a glitch. Sometimes when you smash through a gate, for some reason the game doesn't register it. You'll know because you won't get an update on how many gates you found in the lower left of the screen after driving through an unbroken gate...

You can replay any MW race you've beaten. And yeah they'll free roam until you take them down, just like in Paradise. Usually they like to blow pass you, so keep an eye out for them on the road or look for a black arrow on your corner map.
