Have you tried modifying the body? Adding bumpers and skirts can make your bonus go up.

Further things to add include Larger wheels, accessories including Neon/lights/tips.

As far as i know, Vinyls don't affect bonus too much, if at all.

I've been unable to use this patch also. Has anyone actually been able to get this to work at all?
