How do scouts manage to accelerate so fast with a car that's all stock? Is there any way to change that and if so, how could you apply it to your own car?

So I replaced my stock RX8 in my career garage with the Undercover Pontiac GTO cop. The car handles like the GTO car, but is totally invisible. Any suggestions to fix this problem?
