Do you upgrade your tires from stock? If you do that's when you'll suffer tire blow outs. I often get tire blow after 3-4 mins of driving. Normal, turn dmg to visual only.

I've never managed to do it. Only left/right and rear. The "top" option is roof, hood and trunk only.
