Sounds exciting! Can't wait to see some gameplay footage! I'm glad to hear they'll be going back to city driving. I find it more exciting making sharp turns in cities than driving in long winding roads like in Rivals.

Definitely get it. It's by the one of THE best racing games I've ever played. The racing is lots of fun once you get the hand of the handling.
