In rules it says custom parts. Are custom vinils considered custom parts?
Anyways I think that should be allowed custom vinils and parts, the main objetive of tuning is doing a custom car and not choose a car from possible combinations.

In how many time are uploaded the cars? (Maybe I'm so impacient that I have asked so early, sorry is the first time I take part in this competition)

Where can I send my picture ? Where is that e-mail adress for send the picture? is it in "Application information" because when I login I can read there "No longer accepting entries".

That survey bring me hopes to see another tuning NFS game soon. And hope the next time with dash, damage, cops, day-weather change option, open cities, more variety of tracks,... We, the creators, should request a program for create parts, cars, tracks,... and the no creators too for play to our cre...
