Did you removed 66 pins of your RAM? because that doesn't work m8

You can't use DDR2 ram on a Athlon 64 cpu

I had a problem like that. Whe i paused the game it froze and on the start happened the same. I tried turning my antivirus and firewall off and it worked. Hope it works for you too
