5/6 uses almost the same nos, sometimes the difference is unoticable, but 4/6 slows you down but you can still get under 20 secs. What I'm saying is that 18 secs is still too low for 4/6. I have raced the blackhawk guy online and he is really good, I don't think he has ever said which uniques he has...

for those who cheat to show off... its just ridiculous, it doesnt make sense why people cheat and show that off online...

Yea those were my tips in other posts, getting 1st with manual trans, then keeping 1st place doing whatever it takes lol

then try starting a new game in a new profile , start the first 1 or 2 races, then use the saved game editor to put the game to 111/112 and maybe that fixes the problem

but if its norton personal firewall its different, it will not only slow down your pc but it may block games... so I guess thats his problem, since I dont think Norton antivirus would block access to any application to use the internet...

the way it got fixed with me was by... Starting the game, Going into Quick Race, started 1 race, Went back to main menu Clicked on Race Online, and it worked... The thing was that my firewall for some reason wasn't asking me wether or not to allow NFSU to use the internet, which is supposed to do ev...

set the game to race 111/112 with the saved game editor and see if that helps

for all of those that don't know yet, there is a new patch for nfsu, patch v 1.4 , and finally EA made an .EXE file of it and can be found in their ftp site.. ftp.ea.com ,its said to fix some cheats and/or bugs but yet, it didn't fix the TJ parts cheats

its the graphics card and there is nothing you can do to put them in... search for same topic , there is about 3 more about the same thing.

I heard there is a new nfsu patch coming soon and its being beta tested, I'll find out more when I get home lol I just hope they fix the TJ parts cheating.

eng/tran/Nos is the last combo I tried and I got my lowest time in 14th & vine reverse 19.51 compared to my low in eng/ecu/nos of 19.71 ... I'll keep trying different combos.

its hardware... that MX card will not give you those options with or without driver updates, the incompatibility is not software related but hardware, that means there is nothing you can do with any programs to get those oprions to work... Main reason: MX cards dont have pixel shaders... I dont know...
