yes it means that.. And actually the upgrades are random, i have gotten the uniques in random order the three times i have done the game.

I use a non-fintuned 4wd, or a non-fintuned FWD! Det RWD's you have to have a other technique. The 4wd drives you just hit the handbrake when you enter a turn, and it slides. You also score a lot of points if you get the rear or front wheels on the markers in the side of the track! Hope you understa...
