Re: Pro Street Drag Tuning
Here's a little tip on drag suspension tuning. I just thought to apply a little real world tuning tricks to see if they'd work in the game with mixed results. If the card is FWD, stiffen the rear suspension and soften the front. The logic is that all the weight transfers to the rear of a car during ...

For drift, if you set the ECU and turbo to kick in in the midrange RPM, your power will arrive earlier and your tires will break traction to start drifting sooner, even when your car's stationary. You'll lose overall horsepower in the top end, but that's not what drifting's about anyway. In drift mo...

OK, I'll post a pic of my fuel map for ECU and turbo as soon as I can. I'm driving an RSX. It's standard ECU and Turbo map are pretty peaky (like most of the first few 4-cylinder cars) and pathetic for torque. Most of the power is in the top end. I don't fully understand how the mapping system works...

For Drift and Street X, I’ve found it’s very useful to change your ECU and turbo torque curve to put more emphasis in midrange RPM. For drift, it helps your car break traction a lot sooner. For street x, your car pulls harder out of corners. You lose overall BHP in the top of your RPM, but your ...

NFSU2: Are all cars and parts unlocked when you finish?
Is it similar to Underground 1 where you're given an all-access pass to all cars and parts without having to earn any more money?

For those in Asia, I just got the Asia Pacific version. Haven't tried it yet, cos right after I installed it, had to rush to the office!! But I did have a peek at the game's car files and there are folders for the Civic and RSX. Didn't see any for Corsa, 106, NSX or S2000 though. Was in a real hurry...
