u can install all over the nvidia ones, it's what ive done, and it works like a charm (omega drivers are also standalone drivers, they don't need a previous install of nvidia ones). but if u want to do things more cleanly, u cant uninstall nvidia ones previously, to return to the defaut windows vga ...
