I would like to edit the ingame music in Porsche Unlimited, What type of music files will I need to import into the VIV file?

Just copy mp3 files into the music folder.

That won't work. I think there's an option in NFSPU to listen to music from another CD.

Just make a playlist in winamp of the music which you wish to listen to and play it before entering nfs 5. Somehow winamp takes priority over the music on the cd.
