How do I extract the .rar-file??

Hello!
Okay, I am not a superexpert but I know alot, but obvousley not this...
I downloaded a file from Nfsunlimited, TS500.rar, how to "unzip" it?

There are at least two programs that extract the .rar files.

One is Winace and the other is Winrar. They're both shareware, but they still work if you don't buy them after expiration date. I'd suggest one of them.
