Motor City OFFLINE???????

Post by Koffy »

I tryed MCO in a friend's house the time it was a free beta, And I liked it very mucho. My question is: is there a way to use MCO offline with bots or something like that?

I dont have the bandwith or the money to pay the fone/EA server to be fooling arround with a game that demands so much time.

Koffy, MCO is only an online game which EA put out. It hasn't received the popularity that the others within the series have gotten because you have to pay a fee for using a server, you'd think paying for the game itself would be enough. For this reason I haven't bothered purchasing it either.

I know that the fact that is only an online game, and that you have to pay a fee makes it a real shiznit, but I liked the gamestile (something like Street Rod), the car customization etc. I think that when SR3 comes out, it will replace the MCO. (I mean in my mind).

Your right Koffy, it probably will. It's a real shiznit that firstly you have to pay over $50 for MCO and then have to pay for the privillege of using it. It's popularity is pretty low because of this.

Thats right. I think that Street Rod 3 won't have so good modeling, a so big variety of parts and a so good driving sensation, but the fact that it will be for free makes it great, and still the best racing game ever.

Koffy, I think any game that you buy and don't have to pay to use it (like MCO) is definitely a good game. By the way, I am a little hazy on the types of racing simulation games out there...what is Street Rod 3 as I have never heard of it.

There's an alpha for download, but it still needs a lot of work.
