Display Problem

Well, everthing is fine with the game the only problem is that the image flick ,and that is a big problem ,can anyone explain how can i fix this?

I have Windows XP Pro w/SP1 and my video driver is Savage IX ,this is a portable computer..........

256 MB of Physical memory and 758 MB of Page File and 8 MB Video Driver...........
