tips needed for manual gear and handbrake

I need tips on using manual gear, as well as the handbrake. heard tt both can bring out the best in both the car and the driver. I woul also like tips on choosing cars when racing.

TO choose a car, you have to look at the track. For tracks with long straights and open turns you should use a car with high top speed. In the case of tracks with lots of sharp turns, you will need a car with high maneuvrability and fas acceleration.
