Ok Need For Speed Luvers.. I Need Some Help!! I Am Playing Need For Speed Carbon And I Have A Mazda RX-8 In Career Mode.. & I Upgrade It With The Best Performance Parts... But The Top Speed Just Stays The Same!! Why Doesnt It Go To The Max? If AnyOne Can Help I Would Really Appreciate It!!!

You need to ditch the RX-8 for the RX-7 the moment you unlock it. The RX-7 will serve you well until you until unlock the Evo IX.
