I need help to install patch 1.4.

I have download it and start it but nothing happen. And I need the patch to play online.

I assume this is for NFS Carbon?

Actually, as far as I know, 1.4 won't do anything if you're on XP. That patch is specifically released for Vista users. You can stick to 1.3 to play online. I've been using it and online play is still stable.
