sdat.viv Error. :-(, genuine Underground 2 cd's.

i bought Need for speed underground 2 for PC and at 100% i get the error:
"error copying file D:\SDATA\sdat.viv" i have no idea why this would happed because im using a genuine Underground 2 for installation!! it was also very expensive for me as i am in new zealand and costs about NZ $90 which is about US$65. can anyone help me? pleeeese

How about taking it back to the shop you bought it from, and get a replacement for it?

I heard of this problem once before, turned out to be a damaged disc. Return it to the store and get a replacement.
