tga problem

hi!
i have a problem , i don't know how to create a .tga file (nfs3 car textures) can any one help me!

U do have a big problem mate if u dont know how to make a tga file Id love to see the texture lol
anyway in any paint program open your texture and goto
File / save as / and change the drop down box ( format )
under the name to Targa (tga)

i have tried this but when i open tga file in car cad it displays error that the image should be 32-bit RGBA format so what should i do
