wtf ... the 3ds max 6 plugin is not working .. grrrr ... how to make it work... iv got that error!

DLL <D:\3dsmax6\plugins\asciimp.dli> failed to initialize.
Error code: 126 - The specified module could not be found

WTF ???

The first thing I have to know is... is your D:\ another HDD, or is it a CD/DVD reader??
