Rally Monsters Grip Race Day

I propose a grip only race day featuring the Impreza, both Lancer Evos, the Escort and the Golf R32. Don't really care on the venue, but have a Sector Shootout, Grip, and Time Attack race. The only rule other than vehicle choice would be a max of 300 HP. This means NO engine mods for both the Evo X and the Impreza. It'd be fun and very challenging I think. Keep the competition close.

The only real problem with this idea of mine is that there isn't a way to limit mods permitted on a person's vehicle. You can't even limit the choice of vehicle to the degree I described. It'd be fun, but don't see a way for it to really work.

You know... I just got to thinking. What if I simply create a blueprint for each of the vehicles I'd want to compete in the race day. Set them all up at 300 hp and as close to equal handling characteristics. Then create a race day and only scores submitted using one of the vehicles in which I created the blueprint for would be accepted. Eh? How's that?!? I'm so smart huh? Is there a way to make the blueprints publicly available and cross-platform like the race days themselves are?
