Dukes of Hazzard - The Movie
Well, I saw the movie last night, and I thought it was great even though it got bad reviews and ratings from critics. If you know what the old school Dukes is about, then I recommend seeing this movie. If you like good car action, humor, and action, I recommend seeing this movie. The characters were off, but the main core of them were still intact. I think the only actor who was closest to their character was Seann William Scott, he played Bo Luke. Besides that, Rhys Millen who did the stunt driving work for him, he did a great job driving the General Lee. Big question for you people who know he did the stunt work: Did Rhys drift the General Lee? The answer: Yes. You could easily tell where the General drifts. It was pretty cool to see. Go see the movie, you won't be too disappointed, believe me.

I think it's just been modernized for the younger crowds who never watched the show. I don't think it was intended to be a remake of the TV show with exact personalities of the characters but instead a generalization of the personalities, which I think they got in the movie. The only thing that I didn't like is that when Catherine Bach played Daisy in the show she didn't use her body as much as Jessica Simpson did.
