oooh I see..... that's sounds simple enough, thanks for that T-Shine
EDIT:
Well here's on update on my progress so far, added a side mirror, and door handles, changed the rims, and improved the headlights... i still got to redo the windscreen, as I screwed that up, and also the tail lights and a little bit of tweaking, as always

well I almost finshed this now.....
Can't think of anything else to do, though everytime I go back to it, I keep tweaking it Anyhoo I tried a dab at texturing (Falloff, Raytrace, etc) and it looks like this.....
erm.... well I still got a lot to work on, and finish off texturing the BMW badge and number plate.... And I have also for the first time witnessed the true delay of waiting for the four horseman of the apocolypse as my PC slowly churns away at rendering... dam my PC is slow.....

LOL ok
and if you want to make it perfect, then you'll have to sharpen some edges and change the material as well. At the moment it looks like wet clay. But don't get me wrong, it looks great and I can see that a lot of hard work went into it, but you said that you wanted an honest opinon
So to make it easier on youself next time, maybe you should pick a car that doesn't have complex details (like the flame surfacing on the Z4).

Thanks for the comment Bogan, and yes I do want honest opnions... This is my first ever high-poly model that i've ever attempted, and I did start on a freaking hard car, should've done a more simpler car.... The model isn't upto scratch, but I feel i've come along way with 3D modelling, and I think i've improved a lot...... obviously i've still got a lot to learn and polish up on, and one way I can do that is with people like you who have the balls to give honest opnions, which I can learn from.

16 pages of tuts. I followed the third one on page 1. There are car tuts, glass tuts, caves, etc.
