Welcome to the Forum.

The only think I like is the Ice in the trunk.
Neon looks bad and so do the blue rims

and blue windows.
You also didn't put a bodykit nor rims on it.

@Janx14: Nice chop. The front rims looks too wide for the tire.
I think it would look better if you removed the doorhandles
