Did you put back the right one in the NFS folder? DO NOT insert the ".bak" into the folder. Instead, insert the ORIGINAL (".ugd") one.

So all i have to do is delete the name.ugd.bak from the folder and leave name.ugd for it to revert back to before i patch the file?

No, leave the "name.ugd.bak" alone. It's not meant for the folder, don't delete it. Even if you delete it, it'll come back again if you use the S.E. So no need to confuse yourself. Follow these steps:
  • Put the "name.ugd" back in NFS Folder after you patch it.
  • Leave the "name.ugd.bak" at the place where you SaveGame Editor is located.
  • Run the game. It should be back to normal again..
  • If problem still persists, feel free to send me your savegame VIA e-mail and I'll be glad to help you out to the stage that you desire to go to.
Hope that helped.... ;)

What do you mean put the name.ugd in the NFS folder? What NFS folder?

I did not back up the file before patching it :/

I was referring to the NFS Underground save folder.

OK, have you patched the sHADE45_autosave.ugd using the SaveGame editor? If you have, then put the patched sHADE45_autosave.ugd into "C:\...\NFS Underground\". Run the game, and should be fine by then.

Try using the V1.0 of the trainer. It's much more easier to use. The manual event passing thingy is pretty redundant, I never used it.
