'Accidentaly' releasing CAD renderings and magazine-ready views of the prototype sounds more like clever marketing than anything. I like the car though, CTSVs are quite fast.boganbusman wrote:"This is a disaster for GM, attached are leaked photos of not only the Camaro concept due for release next year but also CAD images of the real car (not just the concept) and it appears that the platform is a shortened two-door version of the Cadilliac CTS-V chassis."
The New/Prototype/Concept Car Topic
Dude, you totally don't get it, Lotus isn't as much about the looks (although I think the Elise is pretty cool looking), they're just supposed to be insane sports cars. If nothing else, Lotus is the one car company I can think of that's legitimately devoted to keeping their cars lightweight (IIRC, it's the only modern production car in North America under 2000lbs).Kid Cro wrote:I dont like Lotus. Especialy Elise. Its so ugly I dont know who put him in MW its sahme of game. He he rime.
As for that Camaro, I kinda dig it, just because Chevy got the whole retro design thing slightly better than Ford did. Although, it's hardly a major disaster that these pictures were leaked, it's just more press (and what, it's a surprise that it's on the CTS platform - yes, CTS, the V is redundant, because it's the same damn car with a bigger engine - how many RWD platforms does GM have that it could realistically use?).
No I haven't.Kid Cro wrote:Did anyone heard that Smart finaly comes with engine over 200HP.
The most powerful Smart that I know of is this:
BrabusSmart Roadster BiTurbo (170hp)

Its the car built buy the company that designed the Ford GT. 0-60 in 3.9 and 218 predicted top speed. The design is from 1969, and never went into production.
Now it is, with a price tag of £155000. Without the 5-litre Chevvy motor, which the customer must get custom-built
