can someone with really good photoshop skills make me a sig

i want the colors Black and white(black bars on top) with a strike aroung the out side of the sig(white) and put this rx7 in the white part(mid section) and put S 2 K S k y l i n e in tahoma Lt on size 9 in the bottom right corner in white

yeah exactly but just cut out the little pieces of the back ground and just the car
