License plate says 976 RUF... I can't remember RUF's having the wings that huge.. but they are massive compared to a normal Porsche.

Alot of those creations with cardboard are pure for fun... as with the huge blue wing... they are not serious ricers... things like that are done as a joke...
others really think they are making their car look good.

as for the stang.. it is not at all a stang.. only thing similar are the rear light. that's it
