Try this site:
LINK

It has 250mb of free webspace and 2500mb of bandwidth. When you pick a site name, it will be "(site name).myhostisfree.com"

You register an account, and then in the control panel, there is a "File Manager" button. Upload your files in the correct spots. I can't explain it in detail here, but if you need help, just PM me and I'll walk you through it on msn.

I suggest you use FTP if that host offers it.

Yes, FTP works with that host. A good FTP program would be SmartFTP, I think they offer a 30-day trial of their program so that should be plenty of time to upload your site and possibly find a free FTP application.

FileZilla is the best one I've used.
