Get the W810. Camera wise is much better. Though the megapixel is the same as N70, it has auto-focus, and the music quality is reasonably good. Phone wise, it's much easier to use, especially if you have never used a Nokia phone before, 'cuz N70 is Symbian platform. :)

Here's one best thing I like about the W810: It's very easy to text message. The keypads are big and each keys are individually seperated. :)

That doesn't neccasarily make it easier to txt... some people have small hands and prefer the buttons to be closer together for quicker time and less energy wasted in moving their finger a further distance.

Yes. But your question got me slightly confused. Is there an alternative that I do now know of :P?

No, there are some phone services that don't use sims, like verizon and sprint :P

And I may be getting a Danger Sidekick II, Sidekick ID or a T-Mobile MDA
*sig removed for being too big. max size 550x120px & 50kb*

I just bought this:

Image

The Nokia N91 8gb.
I'm all for the cheap phones.
I just need cellphones for texting and calling people...
But I was also in need of a mp3-player as my old 256mb Creative MuVo broke :P.
And I got the phone for pretty cheap.
The "normal price" at the store was 600€, but I've seen the phone for under 500€, not by much tho.
But I got this for 299€ which is a pretty good deal imo. Now I have my first camera phone too :).

Haha! Good investment.. But why didn't you get the N73 Music Edition or N70 Music Edition? N90's a bit too big. :P

It doesn't weigh much more than my old phone (Nokia 5100).
And I don't mind the big size.
Think about it this way..
If I wouldn't have bought the phone I would've bought some cheap 30gb or so mp3-player which would take considerable amount of room in my pocket too :).
Because every time I go out I have my mp3-player with me.
(Recently I've had to carry an old cd-player along)

That they're poor? :P
(old phones are usually big)
I actually still have a working Nokia 1611 :D.
The battery is pretty much done tho.
It last like 20min after a recharge. You can make maybe a one minute call with it :D.

@ T-Shine: Well one of my friends has a Samsung phone and his doesn't use a SIM card, so I was afraid that the X830 might not either. I'm seriously considering buying one off ebay once I get tired of my K5, because carrying my huge phone and huge K5 around in each pocket isn't exactly comfortable, and on eBay, I can get it for $200 - $300, just slightly more than if I upgraded to a RAZR. But thanks for the info.

LOL! I see. Would that be an iPod? Heh!

If only N80 had came out with the Musc Edition too! Heh! I got the N80 because of music also, and WiFi. Hee! ;)

So this N91 Music Edition, it has 8GB of internal phone memory? No memory card needed?

@ GTO Racer: My mom has that phone.

It looks as if I'm going to be buying T-Shine's Samsung X830 off eBay for $300 (Brand new). And since five of my brother's friends want to buy my K5, half the phone is paid off already. Now I just need to find someone who will want to buy Motorola V360.

Lmao wow, that's such a nerdy thing to do. A phone 'expansion' to play games? I thought having a Nintendo DS/Lite/Playstation Portable would be good enough.

I was tempted to buy one of those for my old phone, but then I saw how much the bill was and could no longer afford it. (I have like a $100 bill) (Hence why I'm always so broke...)
