No I don't think it's touch screen, because there is a keyboard. It's probably the "Tab" browsing way of using a PC.

And since we are on this /xxx page right now I don't think there's any way to click /cage.

My simple way of continuing on is for the main character to strategically type in "Yes".

This is a world I created, so anything can happen, and things don't neccessarily work the same way they do in the real world. It's 100% improvised.

I'm happy to select the /cage option, but don't tell me that there is an Uberblender or something. The narration is my job
