If EA announced the end of the NFS series

Post by ForcedDj »

What would you want the last game to have?

Starters:

Storyline: It should follow the NFSMW/NFSC one, because remember, someone will be faster than you. Maybe have the starting movie/race the same as MW, and have the ending the same as NFSC(car totaled, bye Audi).
Milestones/Crews: I think a combination of both, and maybe have more than 1 city to Control or take over, and having a lot of Territories to conquer. But, some places and crews require a certain Milestone, even more that involves Police.
Crew members: More than 3 usable, but have more than 6 for hire(like 4 can be in your crew, can hire 8 crew members).
Milestones: Make it harder.

Races:

Circuits: Really, nothing to change here.
Catch-Up AI: Remove it, or give a choice.
Sprints: Keep it there.
Checkpoints/Tollbooths: Keep it, and make it the MW one, where you also have to watch for Cops.
Speedtraps: Don't care.
Drifts: Hard enough, make it show the other cars.
Drags: No
Police: Have them use their tactics during freeroam as well. In other words, Spike Strips on Circuits.
Online: Add some online modes like the one where 4-8 players have to evade AI Cops(please let it be on tier, 1=SUV, 2=GTO, 3=Federal Corvette)
Crew members(if back): Less chatter, and maybe have an option of not having a crew member in the race.
Canyon: If it is back, maybe have cars on the Canyon.

Freeroam:

Nothing to change.

Police:

Have some new units instead of the old Crown Victoria, Pontiac GTO, and Corvette 06/Z06.
Max heat level in Freeroam is 9.
Ending: Have them send EVERY UNIT THEY HAVE AGAINST YOU(Heat level 10, I will post it).
Challenges: More harder, have 3 custom Heat levels

Time: Make it longer, way longer.
Daytime/Nighttime driving: Let us have a choice.

Now listing the new Heat Levels(this is my ideal NFS game)

Heat level 1
Cars used: Civic Cruisers
Tactics used: none
Cars sent at start: 2
Cars sent from backup: 5-10
Difficulty: Easy.

Heat Level 2
Cars used: Undercover Civic Cruisers
Tactics used: Rolling block, Roadblock
Cars sent at start: 5
Backup: 10-15
Difficulty: Easy.

Heat level 3
Cars used: Civic Sergeant, Civic Helicopter(if there are 3 kinds), State Pursuit Vehicle, Light SUV
Tactics used: Rolling block, Roadblocks, Spike Strips(only on Civic blocks), PIT, Wall
Cars at start: 10
Backup: 15
Difficulty: Easy-Medium
Notes: Sergeants use Undercover vehicles. In other words, Sergeants have a couple(5-20 Undercover cops) and Sergeants use the best tier car they can use, WITH NOS. Also, Civic blocks=Civic roadblocks.

Heat Level 4
Cars used: State Undercover Vehicle, Heavy SUV, State Helicopter(again, if 3 kinds of Heli's are there)
Tactics used: Same as above. Spike Strip usable by cops now.
Cars at start: 20
Backup: 20
Difficulty: Medium

Heat Level 5
Cars used: State Sergeant, Federal Pursuit Vehicle, Heavy SUV, State Heli, Cross(if he still wants revenge).
Tactics used: Same as Above, Firebombs
Cars at start: 24
Backup: 30
Difficulty: Medium-Hard
Note: Firebombs makes the heat higher, and makes hiding spots unusable for a while(this one is 1 minute).

Heat level 6
Cars used: Federal Undercover Vehicle, Heavy SUV, Cross
Tactics used: Same as above
Cars at start: 25
Backup: 35
Difficulty: Hard

Heat level 7
Cars used: Federal Sergeant, Cross, Supercharged Light SUVs, Federal Helicopter
Tactics used: Same as above, EMP bomb
Cars at start: 30
Backup: 35
Difficulty: Hard
Note: EMP bombs can do different things. Direct hit on top disables car, direct hit at front destroys your tires, hit by radius front disables for 2 minutes, back=1 minute back loss, side=1 minute loss side. Firebombs make Hiding Spots unusable for 2 minutes now.

Heat level 8
Cars used: Federal Sergeant, Cross, Supercharged Heavy SUVs, Federal Heli, Ford GTs, Dodge Vipers, Federal Pursuit Vehicles.
Tactics used: All
Cars at start: 35
Backup: 45
Difficulty: Hard-Very Hard
Note: There will be Police Ford GTs, Vipers, even any Tier 3 car, which IS FULLY TUNED AND HAS NOS.

Heat Level 9
Cars used: Ford GTs, Vipers, Corvettes, Shelby GT500(or higher), Audi, Gallardo, Federal Heli
Tactics used: All
Cars at start: 40
Backup: 50
Difficulty: Very Hard
Note: Audi=The newer, more powerful Audi, or maybe the copy of the Player's old Audi won at the end of NFSC, EMP timer(3x), Firebomb(10x)

Heat Level 10(FINAL/Usable after end of game).
Cars used: Civic Cruisers, UCCs, Civic Sergeant, Civic Helicopter, State Pursuit/Undercover/Sergeant/Heli, Federal Pursuit/Undercover/Sergeant/Heli, Light/Heavy SUV, Supercharged Light/Heavy SUV, Uber Light/Heavy SUV, Cross, Ford GTs, Vipers, Corvettes, Shelby GT500+, Audi, Gallardo, Murcielago, Murcielago LP640, Jaguar XK, SLR McClaren, Pagani Zonda F, Porsche Carrera GT, Porsche 911 Turbo/GT3 RS, BMW M3 GTR/more powerful BMW
Tactics used: ALL
Cars at start: 50
Backup: 50
Difficulty: Extreme
Note: To win this at the first time, you have to run from the cops for 10-30 minutes, then you can evade, Firebomb 20x, EMP 10x.

Heat Level 11(Sergeant)
Cars used: Civic/State/Federal Sergeant, Heavy SUV, Cross
Tactics used: All
Cars at start: 30
Backup: 45
Difficulty: Hard
Note: Disable all 3 Sergeants, and Cross's cars and Evade.

Heat Level 12(Helicopter)
Cars used: Civic/State/Federal Helicopter(once again, if there is 3 kinds)
Tactics used: EMP
Cars at start: 3
Backup: 1-3(depends)
Difficulty: Hard
Note: Even though there is 3 of them, they will keep on hitting you, and dropping bombs, evade for 5 minutes.

Heat level 13(Hell)
Cars used: Same as level 10, but also uses every car in the game, all equipped with NOS and fully tuned, even the Civic and State cars have it.
Tactics used: ALL
Cars at start: 50-100
Backup: 100
Difficulty: Hell
Note: Evade for 30 minutes, Disable some cars. You thought Heat Level 10 was bad, try this. SUVs chase you as well, and 1 mistake could be fatal. This makes Heat level 10 look like Heat level 5 or even 1.

New Police cars

Sergeant: Uses the best tier car(Tier 1=Civic, Tier 2=State, Tier 3=Federal), fully tuned, has NOS, has 5-10 Undercover vehicles, Federal has 20-30 Undercover/Pursuit vehicles.
Helicopters: Different kinds can mean different tactics, Civic doesn't do anything bad to you until Heat level 10/12/13. State does drop EMPs and Firebombs, and Federals Spam it sometimes, and hits your car a lot.
Named cars(Vipers, Ford GTs, Gallardo): Fully tuned, all equiped with NOS.

Edit: Also, maybe have a choice to start a pursuit if you want to do it now.

ea wouldn't end the nfs series... they might end "need for speed" but they would definitely continue with a game that has street racing w/ manufacture cars.

I know, but what would you add for or ask EA for the last NFS game.

I'd want it to go back to the closed circuit classic NFS style.

id go back to the old roots of the nfs series. I loved hot pursuit 2. id like to have an open world, but connecting a whole bunch of scenic routs together, like the tracks in hot pursuit 2. but that open world would be very, very big. id have full and realistic crashes, damage, and physics. handling should be very close to simulation. in a place where you don't have to practice for months to find the perfect line and braking, but where the handling is very realistic, but not extremely difficult like granturismo or forza. and it should have cops, where you actually try to run from them, unlike most wanted where you are suppose to smash them. you can smash them, but it will affect your car too, so you would try to carefully push them off the road into a tree or something. i would not have so many opponents, it should be more Mano a Mano. there would be no customization. all the cars would be supercars and high-end muscle cars. tuners would be kept to a minimum, and they would be the fastest and the best, like skylines and rx-7s. it would be very similar to test drive unlimited, but just with better police, more realistic handling, damage, and alpine mountain passes and desert highways.

Hmmm difficult... ooh wait no it isn't

Storyline:

NO STORY AT ALL, the NFS stories ALL SUCK major BUMBUM.
The is more cheesy then the other so the faster they go the better.

Tracks:
- Real life tracks
- Fictional outdoor tracks like the old NFS games (NFS 3&4 Rocky Pass, Hometown stuff like that)

Racetypes:
- Circuit racing
- Good quality drag races
- Spring / Tollbooth (timetrail)
- Drifting but then NFS Underground 1 style, and but the rubbish they gave us in Carbon.

Cops:
Don't really care, it was fun in NFS MW, but was useless and annoying in Carbon.

Cars:
ALOT 300+ orso, ranging from a simple civic to a McLaren F1
And placed in carclasses
Upgrade options:
Realistic stuff so no EA BS, like horrible bodykits and such, but real bodykits and usefull upgrades, so no more 1 million roofscoops etc.
Damage: YES and realistic

In other words...
Make it like Forza/GT but with some extra

By adding all these track ideas aren't you forgetting that the streets is what its mostly about?
Unless you add both then thats the right idea. :D

NFS was always about fast cars racing in exotic locations. ranging from racing in the mountains to racing in the country (hometown (NFS 3 Hot Pursuit /NFS 4 High stakes/Road Challenge))
But there where almost alwasys circuit races, eventhough they where fictional racetracks.

The whole illegal streetracing stuff came with NFS Underground.

What most people say really is that NFS is pretty much meant to be like TDU

I'd want to see all the previous NFS characters back in the last and final game. Don't matter what are their roles, I just wanna see them again one way or another. Just felt funny to not know what has happened to them after we beat them. :P

Yeah, maybe next year,EA will think about ending the series with a final game in which you must beat all the previous characters, like Razor,Darius, etc. :)
