Any way to unlock the supercars of extender pack?

I am new here and have many problems with ProStreet.. I downloaded the Energizer Lithium Extender Pack. I can race against these supercars but I can't buy them. :( Can anyone tell me what to do?

You edit the .exe to enable the codes again:
