Level 2/3 Paint

Hi

I got the message in game that I unlocked both of these levels of paint , but they never actually unlocked.

Does anyone know how I can unlock them ?

Or if anyone could help in anyway

Yes just click on the paint with the lock on them, and it will ask you if you would like to unlock tem. Also to change te type of paint, click on the arrows left and right of the word "glossy paint" on the top of the paint window

How can I change the vinyl colors?? Or do you need style points for that?

To change the vinyl colors you need to click with a mouse on the word "change color" after you selected some vinyl. Keep in mind you can't change Manufactirer's color.
