Some video options locked :S

Hi to everybody I've got some video options locked like motion blur, car headlights, crowds and light trails and I want to turn it on sum1 can help me please?

I think this is kinda useless, but I cant let it to react...

I dont have that problem. I have all options ON/HIGH and running on 1260*980.

That's because you have a good gfx card . . . and your monitor must be 19 inch or something. You can't run that resolution on a 17 inch monitor.

What is good? Yes, you CAN run that resolution on 17". My monitor is only 17"... I wish I had a larger one, like 19".

Well if you want all the options for this game then you will have to get a graphics card that supports in hardware features akin to DirectX 8. Any less than that and you will loose out on the eyecandy.
