66% = complete?

when i press the T button it says completion 66% but i won the race with Caleb and i recieved the SMS from Rachel that said that i completed the game.
WTF?

did you complete the world map not just the explorermode.

i won every race, i unlocked all the parts, i got all magazines and DVD, i found all the shops etc.

but i think i found the answer to my question: i havent race with the SUVs.

something strange happend to me yesterday i completed the game and then i raced from the world map after i was finishing the race i got a messege from rachel and look what it says...
