how to unlock uniques on ps2?

how do i unlock uniques (such as vinyls and other stuff) on the ps2 console?

The same thing applies to PS2 if I'm not istaken, you'd need to do Outruns to unlock Uniques such as W.B.K and unique rims.

when i unlocked the wide body kits i only got one for my celica

Of course! Widebody Kit only applies to 1 car in career mode. The car that you used to retrieve the Widebody Kit will only be applied to that car, the rest can't have it.

However, once you've completed the whole career mode, the Widebody Kit will be unlocked in the Quick Race mode.
