I think it's the fastest Skyline, but RX7 is the fastest overall.

what a dumbbumbum I am.I've overwritten the file where I went 389.6x. I tried to go that fast again but the best was as below.Still good for my Skyline I think. I thought I had a good car and I was a good player but playing online proved me wrong.can they still cheat online cuz some of the guys had an acceleration at start that I only dream of.and I hate those who ram you when passing them.and yeah another thing, I saw one guy flying over the wall crushing and the next second he was in front of me,how is that possible.Race well and fear me online, if you dont cheat

Suggestion for perfect N to 1st Gear:

In your keyboard setting in windows/control panel
change the repeat delay to short and the repeat rate
to fast.

Helped me a lot...

i've already said that twice. 389.xx, it's max for skyline and same with best time, u'll never reach less than 19secs with that car. and yes, i got something like 389.78 or so and i have to say that it's a question of luck, nothing else, with number after dot. i do believe it will be fixed soon in next patch

and think the skyline's not a car for drag mode, it ownz in circuit races. u know what i'm sayin? it's crap crap crap and leave it cos u r wasting ur time

One thing - you can't reach a good time (or even win) when you try to go for top speed! You are by default got to come in 2nd, since oy need to drift behind the car infront of you to extract highest speed! If oy want to reach a fast drag time - that's a different story, there is a whole thread on it.
And skyline is crap for drag, RX7 and S2000 are best. So give it a rest.
And what did you mean by 'it being fixed by a patch'??

maybe it's not the best car for drag but it's not crap either since i've beaten some rx7s and s2000s online.but i must admit that i saw some very amazing acceleration from s2000 and rx7.can they still cheat online?cuz i've seen one hitting the wall and flying in the air and the next second he was in front of me winning, how is that possible?

S2000 and Rx7 have best acceleration from my experience. Once I managed the perfect shifts in RX7 I was very hard to beat online. But people can cheat online until recent patch release. I can't say for sure. But I can't describe how much I hate those fu..kers who cheat.
S2000 in the end looses out to RX 7 - it's 6th gear feels slow so RX 7 is the best.
LAncer, if you get the shifts right, has an awesome start.

i think that important is to set difficulty in drag on medium cos if on normal i must use brakes to hide behind car and if on hard then they use NOS i if i want be behind him i must use NOS too so no NOS at 6th gear near finish.So i play drag on medium difficulty and u ?

basically drafting is the basis for going that fast, bcus u do not need ur N2o 2 go really fast, then u can just use your N2o 2 take u upto those speeds..... becareful not 2 blow your engine though....

First of all happy new year to all!!!

Now obout getting high is all obout shifting,drifting and a little bit of luck. You got to drift as much as you can. to get highest RPM almost to red then when you go downhil (HIGHWAY1) just nos ya'ass out. This is my rx7 time!!
