X1650 Pro GDDR2 has clocks 500/800, not 600/800 (well, on AGP. I don't know, how it is on PCI-E).

And X1650 XT has 24 PixelShader units. Other X1600 series cards - 12 PS units.

X1650 XT is ~25% faster than X1650 Pro and X1600 XT.

ALL X1600 series cards have 4 pixel pipelines. But they have also 256-bit RingBus, so they're quite fast...

And 7600 GS can also have GDDR3 memory, it has clocks ~500/1400 MHz then.

I disagree about settings thing, i own X1650XT 512Mb GDDR3 and it runs Carbon 1280x1024 on all max settings very smooth. Tho I scale down resolution a lil since i dont feel liker setting monitor settings with image width and other stuff everytime i play NFS.

Most people have terrible computers ... It doesn't mean your computer is actually fast :P

I'm ranked in the Top 4% w/ an Athlon64 X2 3800+, 1 GB of PC3200, and a 7600 GT and that's a low-budget gaming rig ...

The Sempron isn't the same as the Athlon ... They're built on different chips, have different caches, don't overclock as well, and perform very differently ...

The 64 Bits are the equivelents, they shut down the Athlon line on 754 to make the Sempron 64 , so they are equivelent, not the same.

And yes, my computer still rocks!

EDIT: The cache is the same now too. I looked into it before I bought a Sempron Instead of an Athlon. (Plus I couldn't find an athlon anywhere that wasn't used.)

They shut down socket 754 and 939 COMPLETELY, including Sempron. Sempron is AMD's budget line processor.
