My dad has removed the side windows and has taken out the Equalizer & Stereo and also has been moving around wires to look neater etc also the side panels on the door. Engine has been taken out too. Nothing major yet!

Looks like that car's coming along pretty good. Better than what I could do...

On the colours, I reckon with that sort of body the dark metallic blue will look better than orange or green. Maybe iridescent or candy paint would look good too.

I think you should sort the rot before you choose a colour!

Seriously though, thats coming along nicely. What plans do you have for the engine if any? What do you intend to use the car for when its finished?

Yeah the colour isn't really being picked yet we are mostly consecrating on well rot  & wiring etc.. :) Well the plans for the engine is just keeping the Galant engine but we are thinking about a Subaru or a Mazda engine maybe a 94 Lancer, when the car is finished its going to be my car so really its going to be a normal civilized car but ill upgrade the tape player to a CD when i get it :P

Well we are going to keep the galant engine. Since Kym and mike both said it would pass the licensing pit since thats the standard engine what came with it.. when we met Kym he said to me & dad that he had our gadges for our eureka so we now have all Gauge's such as the Fuel, Speedo, Tacho, Battery, Oil, Water and something else i forgot it..

4 speed i belive i said... Wire's are all out every single wire! except the roof lifter switch/wire so we can still work the roof :) It was tough work specially since i was the only one doing that today...

Wire's - Relays - Switches - Fusebox & battery cables all removed only but 1 switch and 2 wires Exist in this eureka.

I sure will im taking pics everytime my dad or i do something to the car... Another thought dad & i has was to copy something off kym's car but dad was recently playing TDU with the Mclaren F1 and said to me ''The front end looks like our eureka" so now dad is thinking about getting the same bonnet scoop and making the front look abit like it but its just a thought floating around atm... It's pretty funny too!

 Can You Picture It......

You should find where you can get those headlights, that would look good. But the hoodvent would be impractical seeing as the engine is in the back. Unless you were to find a way to direct the airflow to the engine without putting tubing through the middle of the interior. One question though, how come Kym has one pair of rims on one side, and another pair on the other side?

Them headlight would be easy to get imo really on the Mclaren its just headlight 1 & some other one mounted in the body like the eureka's but pained black inside with glass around it for the finish.. coz you can see the mcleren's 2 screws holding down the glass or frame.
As for the bonnet scoop well the mclaren's engine is at the back too so really i belive that is for looks im really not sure on that one. :? Oh and kym's rims ain't diffrent those photo's were taken at diffrent months etc but the 2nd photo of his is what rims he has on it right now on each side.

It looks good with those McLaren bits, but wouldn't they cost a fortune?

I doubt they'd use genuine parts, I'm sure you could custom order replica headlights, or maybe get some after-market lights that look similar, and the vents and such is just some fibreglass molding.
