Any real tuners?
Yep spend a lot of time on the car modding it.All work i did myself apart from the paint
ported and polished stage 1 head, free flow filter, decat, freeflow custom exhaust, adjustable fuel reg, fast road cams, chipped ecu, Lowered 35mm, polybushed suspension, 15" mille miglia wheels with yokohama 195/45 tyres. dont know how much power it has my guess about 130bhp but the 1.6 is restriced a lot

56K Warning
I don't really think of myself as a tuner, but I suppose I do actually do some "tuning".
This is my 2001 S-10 Xtreme. It's a 4.3L V6 rwd which I recently installed a Procharger P-1SC supercharger kit on. I was running 10psi on the stock engine but this summer while adjusting the fuel management unit, I cracked two pistons. I just recently got the engine back from my machinest and here are the full new specs on my truck:
Engine mods:
Keith Black forged steel Pistons. 8.7:1 Compression
Engine bored .30 over
Eagle H-Beam rods
3-angle valve job
PBM Valve springs
New gaskets, retainers, etc.
Comp Cam's 270AHR cam. Duration: 270 intake, 276 exhaust
Balanced engine and polished crankshaft
Forced Induction:
Procharger P-1SC. 10 lbs of boost
Procharger 3-core intercooler
Procharger FMU with adjustable fuel pressure and A/F mixture
Other:
Richmond 4.10 gears
JBA Short headers
Cat-back exhaust with Flowmaster 40-Series muffler
Mickey Thompson ET Streets. 255/50/16
Competition Engineering Traction bars
Appearance:
Blue neon underkit (Streetglow I think, can't remember)
APC Clear corner lenses (not shown in pics)
APC taillights
AutoMeter White-Faced Boost and Fuel Pressure guages
White-faced "S-10 Xtreme" guages
Chrome bowtie in center grille
Mineral grey bedrug carpet for trunk
A.R.E. Tonnaeu cover for trunk. Silver stripes to match rest of truck.
The stock cast iron piston. Note the huge chunk I took out. Superglue certainly does not put that back together.
You can view a bunch more pics on my photobucket account from the install, to when I blew a headgasket and broke two pistons, to the engine rebuild.

There seem to be a number of these 1000BHP M3's around. Theres a Norwiegen E30 with 963whp (3.8l M5 engine and PT76), DA Motorsport build 1000bhp M3's on S50B32 blocks, and a nutty Swedish bloke who runs a procharger-supercharged 5.7l BMW V12 with 300bhp of nitrous in the front of his 1988 E30 316.Mozer99 wrote:Ive seen pics and read about a 1000bhp m3 with a m5 engine conversion (In maxpower )
ive seen a new shape micra with a 350Z engine in the rear (In maxpower yet again)
But what i want is a Nissan 200sx S14 With skyline gtr engine and 4wd system.
I'm thinking of buying an E36 and converting it into a track car, rather than going with the Porsche.
