Yeh I'm taking this week off from the comps, zero2HERO is the seventh comp in a row! Rest assured, there will be many more comps tho - stay tuned for something big!!

Oh, and if you have any ideas for comp themes, be sure to post 'em in FlamingNeon's Challenge Ideas topic!! :D

hmm..so now there are 3 people who just entered and will check in thursday to see the results? if so, i think just delete them from the comp ore something, giving people all tens for missing votes wont help, cause they didnt vote at all!! dont know the rules realy, but isnt it fair to just cut those three from the comp? not for them, but not voting is even less fair..

They won't be removed from the comp because the voting system takes care of it. By not voting at all they're not affecting the real ratings of the other cars, as each one is boosted by the same amount (a 10 rate in each case). However, they are affecting their own chances, because everyone else's cars is artificially boosted by their absence, yet theirs doesn't get as much of a lift.

Besides, they may simply be leaving things to the last minute. Regardless, I've pmed a reminder to everyone who's missed a car. I can't, and won't, do more than that.

Noted. I pmed everyone who had any votes outstanding this morning, including Vettemaster and you, MS. I'd like to think that VM will get the rest of his votes in soon, if he hasn't already done so... 8)

It's all done with MS Excel 2000, with a little help from a couple standard fonts and the Windows Character Map tool. Both of the tables you see here are automatically handled by Excel - nothing is manually typed on them. Nifty huh? :)

When you use excel for work, it's very easy to learn it.

Especially if you add some visual basic to it, and have experience working with add-ons like Essbase. I love excel, use it for everything I can, it really is a great tool. MS didn't screw up on this one, and I am very glad (I'm using office XP)

It's also great when coupled with MS Outlook.

Sorry dude - I plays it like I sees it. :( However...

So... given that we don't have another comp to switch straight into, and also cuz I'm gonna be late for work if I go ahead and wrap up zero2HERO now, I'm gonna let this comp run another day. This will give any stragglers a second chance to get their votes in, as well as keep the boss happy!! Check back later for the final results...
